All prices on our include local VAT, taxes and duty to your destination. In other words, at checkout you will see your total landed cost and there will be no additional charges at delivery.

If your order does not reach the free shipping limit, the flat shipping rate is:

We normally ship the order the same day or the following working day after receipt of the order. Transit time is normally 1-4 days depending on destination of delivery. We ship all our orders with DHL and you will have the flexibility to either have the order delivered directly to your address or to a DHL service pick up point.

You will be able to track your shipment via the tracking number you receive from us when we ship your order.

You may return your products within 30 days after receipt of delivery. The return is free of charge if you use the enclosed return shipping label. Please note that all products must be unused and all packaging must be unbroken. Please allow up to 20 business days from the day we receive your return to the day we have refunded your money.
